SDL_Overlay to SDL RGB Surface conversion?

Hi everyone

I've been looking for an SDL related board and im really happy that i found this superb site

As title suggests , i would like to convert an SDL_Overlay surface to an SDL_Surface(rgb).

Do you guys know how i should go through this?

Hello VNeki. Welcome.

Well, I never worked with sdl overlays before so i might be terribily wrong, but I guess that if you can lock the overlay and access its pixels data, try using SDL_CreateRGBSurfaceFrom: http://www.libsdl.org/cgi/docwiki.cgi/S ... urfaceFrom
